Nicole Morgan is the Employee Experience Manager at Kicking Horse Coffee. She is a human resource professional who has worked as a consultant, in tourism and college instructor. Nicole currently leads the internal training and facilitates the programming tied to the Kicking Horse Coffee strategy and process efficiency while improving and developing an already nationally recognized successful employment culture.
Nicole is no stranger to volunteer work and has brought her skills and passion for success and improvement to the Panorama Adaptive Snowsports (currently VP), Valley Fitness Centre (director), Kootenay Tourism & Go2HR Committee. CVCC is pleased that Nicole has joined the 2018 -19 board of directors.
Married to Scott and mother to Brody, Nicole brings her passion for the success of the families who choose to live in the Columbia Valley.
