By selecting this tick box and then downloading the 'brand package' I, and/or my organization (User), agree to abide by the Brand Guidelines as they are outlined in the 'Brand Package' (including guidelines of use, logos, fonts, tagline, standards, and colours). Further, I and/or my organization, understand that the Guidelines and the Standards related to the use of the registered Columbia Valley “It’s Time to unwind” tagline and logo may be modified by the registered owner. Notice of any such changes will be communicated in writing. Failure to adhere to the Guidelines and Standards may result in the registered owner advising the User that they must discontinue the use of the logo and tagline and do so within 30 days.
